This type of scam happens on WhatsApp and in most cases the scammer, operator or salesperson pretending to be Skokka, contacts advertisers promising the activation of Top products or Upgrades, or even a “VIP” service, if a payment is made to them outside of our platform.

Important: When our legitimate operators contact an advertiser, they always request their unique advertiser code as verification. This data is accessible only to real Skokka operators and to the advertiser themself (in the personal dashboard).

What to do if you receive a suspicious message: When making your report to Skokka, please collect as much evidence as possible, including:

• Telephone number of the person who contacted you
• Screenshots of the conversation with the scammer
• Any other relevant information

This information is essential to help us identify the scammers and take appropriate action.
